Hey guys and gals, I’m a Registered Nurse and fitness nut checking out some of the different 90 Day Challenges out on the market today.  Why, because I’m currently with another company in competition with EPXBody and I just wanted to spy on the ‘enemy’.  But, its also great to know with whom your competing with.  I’m all about exercise and good nutrition but, that being said, I do see the value in solid healthy products that give us a boost in nutrition, raise your metabolism and help speed up weight-loss.

I like the idea of 90 Day Challenges for the simple fact that anyone can do anything for 90 Days and its a tremendous tool to see good results 90 Days at a time, as long as its not promoted as a quick weight loss system.  Weight loss is a process and system of solid nutrition, exercise and most importantly a lifestyle change.  Reaching these short term goals empowers you to keep going and motivates the heck out of you to blast away the pounds towards your ultimate weight-loss challenge goal.

EPX Body is also a business opportunity for anyone interested in doubling the experience by making some extra cash.  They rank in the top 50 in the industry as a top gainer at 64.11% gain. Other products they offer are EPX Burn, Cardio, Restore, Nourish and Detox.  The list of ‘benefits’ they show for all the products combined are to many to list here, but they certainly seem to have it all.  Let me say, I have never tried any of there products and cannot state if they work or not.  But, I must say though, the Enhance product probably sells pretty well, in my opinion.  Not that I’m purchasing it…at this time.
