Crunching under every step

Giving me away

A world of beauty-turning me in!

A lifetime of sin, I shall pay

He is chasing me, did you see him? Be careful, he has a long reach!

Do not ever make him angry, He will not hesitate to take you!

The pain he inflicts, Too terrible to speak of

The mental anguish is worse

Using your loved ones against you

Brain washing, putting you under his curse

He did this to me, made me believe

In a lifetime of lies

Turning me from those who cared

Giving myself to him, I was young and scared

He promised to take care of me

Said he would never hurt me

I believed him! I was foolish!

He will kill me, for I have deceived

I cannot stay, I must leave

He took me away from the world

To a naturally beautiful place

At first, I thought romantic

Not knowing, I vanished without a trace

He stripped me of myself, Of everything and everyone

Totally dependent on him for food-shelter, everything

Now, now I try to get away, Knowing if he finds me, I will die

Being with him is another death

Completely alone with no one to hear my cry

It is worth the chance I take

The roll of the dice I make

With him I do not live.

With him I will die

Oh my God!  I hear him! He’s coming!  He comes fast!  He is here, now, for me!

Help! Help me!  Nooooo!

My scream is unheard

I am gone away

Never to return

Always. To stay

Alive in a grave
