For me, music is inspiring, empowering, moving, soothing and good for the soul. Whenever I'm feeling down or just need that extra added kick to my day I just turn on the tunes and away I go.

After 'Bug' was born there were many times that I felt icky due to the lack of sleep and being puked on constantly oh yes and let's not forget totally not back to my pre-pregnancy bod. Hubby was great but after an entire day of baby duty, household duties and everything else that encompasses being a stay at home and now full time working mom, it's nice to fall back on some empowering momma/female music every now and then, especially when I feel like I've lost control.

Yes, I do sing as if no one is watching, not great and totally off key BUT I don't care.
