Tip 2: Start with your food portions to kick start your nutritional groove.
As soon as you get the go ahead from your doctor to exercise, get moving. The sooner you get into the habit the easier it will be to incorporate the routine into your daily schedule. You'll also feel better too. The longer you wait to start exercising the harder it will be to get back into the swing of it all.
Tip 3: See here all the wonderful Benefits of Exercise
Don't forget YOU which is soo easy to do with everything else you have on your plate. The picture says it all...well most of them. Not sure that heels and hoop earrings are safe with a baby around but you get the idea.
Get up and doll yourself up just a bit, you'll feel good about yourself if you put some time (doesn't have to be long) into you.

If you're still wearing your maternity clothes long after your baby was born now is the time to store or donate them to make room for something with buckle or button.
It's hard to spend $$$ on something for yourself when you only plan on wearing them for a short period of time. I know, baby clothes are adorable and you rather spend money on your child than yourself.
Do yourself a kind favor and splurge a tiny bit for your sanity. Clothes are meant to make us feel good not bad about ourselves. Time to get your swagger on with some new sassy pants.
When was the last time you picked up a razor or had a wax?
I remember after 'Bug' was born I totally neglected this part of my pre-baby routine. I was lucky if I got a shower into my day let alone shaving. Then one day I noticed my eyebrows resembled Bert's from Bert & Ernie and that did it for me. My face looked different once my eyebrows were shaped again.
Has ALL your landscaping been looked after baby was born?
For me the eyebrow change brightened my face, I'm sure your significant others face would brighten up if a few hairs were trimmed also.
Comparing yourself to others that quickly bounced back into their skinny jeans days after their baby was born is not fair to yourself. Everyone's situation is different so cut yourself some slack and accept your reality that you are not one of those people and give yourself a break.
Having celebrities give birth and then shortly after posing on the cover of magazines is again not fair. Remember, celebrities have personal trainers, personal chefs, full time nannies day and night and lots of time to dedicate to their bodies.
Dishes, laundry, tidying up and everything else can wait until after the nap. Baby naps you nap.
Sleep gives your body the chance to repair,
regenerate and rebuild the cells. It also helps keep you from feeling like a walking zombie. Stay refreshed and get into the habit of catching up on some zzzz's.
Do you have any tips on how you got your sexy back after baby?
