Natalie Adair-Butler said… Intricate, what work do you do from home? Is it just from your blog and does that make enough to survive?

Its not just for women in trouble its for any women who just needs to talk, have someone listen to her, for support. There are alot of women out there who don't have anyone, or no one to believe in them. Sometimes we just need a place where we're excepted and cared for. Not that I want this to be all flower and fake thing. I want it to e real, bitch if you need to, cry, show your true feelings. When my daughter Gloria was fourteen she was raped, it was/is a horrible thing that doesn't just effect the one raped. Of course I got her help, she still in therapy, we went to family therapy too. I thought I was OK(she was raped in December of2010) By October last year I started to fall apart, I think it was because I held it all together for so long and finally I just kind of lost it. I needed someone to talk to, my friends couldn't really help-they lean on me. And every where I went for help they just wanted me to be my normal happy self.
I needed a place where I could say what I was feeling without be judged. It's why I started blogging, but really that wasn't enough.
Sorry, this is more than you ever wanted to know about me!

Natalie Adair-Butler said… I like chocolate when I'm on my period. I use to love food, now I'm having a hard time just eating once a day- but I'm getting better! I just had to realize I can only do so much in day,and that I will get to everything. We women are so hard on ourselves sometimes, which is why I'm setting up a women's group. We need to support each other, life is hard enough.
