Permalink Reply by Christine Marshall on June 20, 2011 at 8:01am Hi there! It's so nice to "meet" you! I'm Christine, but most people call me Chris. I've been married to my hubby, Zane, for a little over 10 years now. We have two boys, ages 7 and 2 and I am a SAHM. Hubby and I are originally from MD, but we moved to TN in October 2004 (when our oldest was 8 months old!) and absolutely love it here! We may have been born in the city, but in our hearts we are all country! We have lots of ups and downs, as i'm sure all couples do, but this year in particular has been rough. We found out this past April that my husband had cancer. They were able to remove a cancerous tumor, but it had spawned and left behind lots of little cancer spores and the type of cancer does not respond to chemo or radiation, so he has to take a pill every day to stop the spores from growing & spreading. And the pill costs over $5,300 a MONTH!! All I can say is, thank goodness for insurance!!! But we are so very grateful to have him with us still, and he is thriving and doing amazing. Cancer first reared it's nasty self in December 2007, when I found out my mother had cancer....she unfortunately didn't make it, despite chemo, radiation and surgery. :(
Ok, enough sad talk! My blog is basically a mommy blog with lots of general rambling going on....plus I blog about some good deals/freebies I receive, and I try and share my tips with others!!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone and following some new blogs! :)

My name is Lucy and I'm a book blogger. I read pretty much anything except horror but most of my reading is contemporary fiction. Most of my blog is taken up by my reviews but I also post the occasional musing on book related topics, and I'm just starting to think about my first give away, not sure what to give away yet though.
Outside blogging I'm a nursery nurse and psychology graduate. I love reading (of course), internet forums, TV, films and spending time with my friends and boyfriend. I also like to think I write but I can't remember the last time I worked on my 'novel'.
Hi Ladies!!
My name is Sarah. I am a stay at home mommy of two beautiful little girls. I have been married to my best friend since March of 2007.
Being a mommy can get pretty overwhelming and lonely so I have decided to start blogging in hopes to help even just one mom feel like she isn't alone during the journey of motherhood!
My husband was actually the one who put this idea into my head when he told me that he believes "no one will truly get better until they realize the potential that their story has to help someone else".. Those words stuck in my head.. A few days later, I started typing,, and here we are! Welcome to my life. It may be crazy, you may not understand, relate or agree to some of what I say, but it's my life, and I wouldn't change it for the world!
I blog about pretty much anything and everything.. I never hold back and I tell it as I see it.. I try to keep everything light and fun. I'm not an English major by any means. My grammar and punctuation are horrible, but I lover writing, so that is what I do..
I hope you'll all join me on my journey of trying to relate to lots of other mommies out there!
Sarah ~

Hi everyone. My name is Trish and I live in Johannesburg South Africa.I do development work in Southern Africa. I lived in the UK for few years, but couldn't get over the poverty I'd left home in Africa. So I came back and I'm doing my little bit. Its challenging, but very rewarding. There is nothing like putting a smile on a grannys face or just motivating someone to follow their dreams. I blog about business, development and motivation etc.
Hi, my name is Karen Wasylowski and I live in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. I got involved with blogging when my book, Darcy and Fitzwilliam, was accepted for publication by Sourcebooks Landmark. Being an unknown writer I knew that they were not going expend a great deal of money promotng me so I set into FB and twitter and blogging. Right now I have two blogs. One is a personal site, mostly always humor, where I also promote my book and short story. The other site is one I just began with a friend of mine - it is an entertainment site devoted to some very gorgeous British artists - Colin Firth, Richard Armitage, Ray Stevenson, Matthew Macfadyen, etc.
